This page describes the current marketing website. The privacy and processing arrangements for future customer environments will be established separately before any real customer data is processed.

What this website currently does

  • The website contains a contact form for demo, pilot, feedback, integration and partner requests.
  • The website does not create visitor accounts.
  • The website does not use marketing tracking or advertising pixels.
  • The website does not use non-essential cookies.
  • The website contains an external link to the separate demo environment.

Data from the contact form

Anyone completing the contact form shares the following data:

  • request type (demo, pilot, product feedback, integration request or partner collaboration)
  • name
  • business email address
  • organization name
  • role (optional)
  • organization size (optional)
  • country (optional)
  • sector (optional)
  • current absence registration workflow (optional)
  • name of the current system (optional)
  • most important desired improvement (optional)
  • message (optional)
  • the language in which the form was completed

What this data is used for

The data from the contact form is used exclusively to:

  • assess the request
  • assess whether Absentra fits the organization
  • prioritize product and integration needs
  • assess and follow up integration requests
  • assess and follow up partner requests
  • get in touch
  • discuss a demo or possible pilot
  • follow up product feedback

The contact form is not used for advertising tracking, and the optional organization details are not used for advertising profiling.

Service providers

Service providers are used for the contact form: Vercel hosts the website and form functionality, Vercel BotID is used to prevent abuse of the form, and Resend is used to send form emails. These services may process technical data in the process.

Technical processing

To provide a website safely and reliably, hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical data, such as the time of a request, browser information and an IP address. This data may be needed for security, troubleshooting and availability.

In addition, this website uses cookieless, aggregated visitor statistics. No marketing profiles are built.

Retention of contact requests

Inactive contact requests are deleted no later than twelve months after the last substantive contact, unless the contact results in a business relationship or further retention is necessary.

The demo is a separate environment

The interactive demo uses exclusively fictitious organizations, people and events. Visitors must not enter real employee data in the demo.

No medical data

Do not share names of employees on sick leave, diagnoses, complaints, treatments, medical notes or causes of illness through the form or by email.

Before Absentra processes real customer or employee data, the relevant privacy information, processing agreements, retention periods, suppliers and security measures will be further established and reviewed.
