This page is about the website, not about the software itself. Separate privacy and processing arrangements will follow for customer environments.

What this website does now

  • The contact form is there for demos, pilots, feedback, integration requests and partner collaboration.
  • You do not need to create an account.
  • We do not use marketing tracking or advertising pixels.
  • There are no non-essential cookies.
  • This site links out to the demo, which runs in a separate environment.

Data from the contact form

Fill in the form and you share this with us:

  • request type (demo, pilot, product feedback, integration request or partner collaboration)
  • name
  • business email address
  • organisation name
  • role (optional)
  • organisation size (optional)
  • country (optional)
  • sector (optional)
  • how absence is recorded today (optional)
  • name of the current system (optional)
  • most important improvement you want (optional)
  • message (optional)
  • the language you used for the form

What we use this data for

We use the data from the contact form only to:

  • assess the request
  • see whether Absentra suits the organisation
  • decide which features and integrations come first
  • assess and follow up integration requests
  • assess and follow up partner requests
  • get in touch
  • discuss a demo or possible pilot
  • follow up product feedback

We do not use the form or the optional organisation details for advertising, or to build advertising profiles.

Service providers

A few outside services are involved in the contact form. Vercel hosts the website and the form, Vercel BotID checks submissions to keep abuse out, and Resend sends the emails. These services may process technical data along the way.

Technical processing

To keep a website running safely and reliably, hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical data: the time of a request, browser information and an IP address. That data may be needed for security, troubleshooting and availability.

This website also counts visits, without cookies and only as totals. We do not build marketing profiles from it.

Keeping contact requests

If a request goes no further, we delete it no later than twelve months after the last substantive contact, unless it grows into a business relationship or we have to keep the data longer.

The demo is a separate environment

The interactive demo contains only made-up organisations, people and notifications. Do not enter real employee data there.

No medical content

Do not send us names of employees on sick leave, national identification numbers, diagnoses, symptoms, treatments, medical notes, causes of illness or extracts from individual absence files. Not through the form and not by email.

Before customers start using Absentra

First we set out the privacy information, processing agreements, retention periods, suppliers and security measures, and review them. Only then does Absentra process real customer or employee data.
