Absentra is in a pilot phase. Instead of selling subscriptions, we currently run focused pilots in which scope, duration and agreements are set together in advance.
Why there are no fixed prices yet
We do not publish amounts that have not been validated. Definitive pricing will follow from the pilot phase and will then be shared transparently on this page. For a pilot we make clear, individual agreements in advance.
What a pilot can include
The exact scope is agreed with your organization in advance.
Guided setup
We set up the environment together, matching the teams, roles and administrative routine of your organization.
Access to the current functionality
You work with the current product phase: absence registration, administrative follow-up, dashboard and roles and permissions.
Support during the pilot
Questions during the pilot are picked up quickly and directly, so the evaluation is about the product, not about obstacles.
Scheduled feedback moments
We plan fixed moments to discuss experiences and align further development with them.
The scope and duration of a pilot are agreed in advance. A pilot does not renew automatically and does not oblige you to continue.
