Partners

Exploring together what helps employers

We are happy to talk to organisations that help Dutch employers with administration, HR and absence. There is deliberately no formal partner programme yet.

Who we would like to talk to

These four groups of service providers sit close to the daily absence administration of employers.

Payroll administrators

You handle employers' administration day in, day out. So your feedback carries weight, and you know which organisations Absentra would suit.

Accountants and business advisers

Anyone who helps organisations improve and digitise their processes sees at first hand where absence administration gets stuck.

HR consultants

You can help set Absentra up within an organisation and evaluate it later. And you are the first to hear what needs to improve in practice.

Occupational health services

Absentra covers only the administrative side at the employer. Medical information stays with the authorised occupational health service or company doctor; Absentra is not a medical record. That separation is exactly why it is worth aligning on the administrative process.

Forms of collaboration

What fits differs from partner to partner. These are the forms we are carefully exploring.

  • An introduction to an organisation Absentra would suit.
  • Product feedback from your own advisory practice.
  • A guided pilot at an organisation you support.
  • Help with rollout, at a later stage.

What is not there yet

We do not promise things we do not have. So, right now, none of this exists:

  • Commissions or revenue sharing
  • Exclusivity
  • White-label or reseller contracts
  • A partner dashboard or management across several clients
  • Service level agreements

How the conversation usually goes

In three steps, without obligations on either side.

  1. 1

    Getting to know each other

We talk about what you do, who you work for and where absence administration causes them trouble.

  2. 2

    A look at the demo

You walk through the demo with made-up data and decide whether it fits your clients.

  3. 3

    Agreeing a first step

Is it a fit? Then we agree on something small and concrete. An introduction, say, or a pilot we evaluate together.

Curious whether a collaboration fits?

Tell us briefly what you do and which organisations you work for. Please do not send client or employee data.
