Exploring together what helps employers

Absentra is exploring collaborations with organizations that support Dutch employers with administration, HR and absence processes. There is deliberately no formal partner program yet.

Who we would like to explore with

Four groups of service providers are close to the administrative absence practice of employers.

Payroll administrators

They have existing administrative relationships with employers and can support product feedback or introductions to organizations for which Absentra may be relevant.

Accountants and business advisers

They guide organizations through process improvement and digitization, and see in practice where absence administration gets stuck.

HR consultants

They can help with setup, adoption and evaluation of Absentra within organizations and provide valuable product feedback.

Occupational health services

Absentra only supports the administrative employer side. Medical information stays with the authorized occupational health service or physician; Absentra is not a medical record. That separation is exactly what makes coordination on the administrative process valuable.

Possible forms of collaboration

The exact form differs per partner; these are the forms we are carefully exploring.

  • Introductions to organizations for which Absentra may be a good fit.
  • Joint product feedback from advisory practice.
  • A guided pilot at an organization you support.
  • Possible implementation support in a later phase.

What is not available yet

We promise nothing that does not exist yet. The following elements do not currently exist:

  • Commissions or revenue sharing
  • Exclusivity
  • White-label or reseller contracts
  • A partner dashboard or multi-client management
  • Service level agreements

How an exploration works

Light and concrete, without obligations on either side.

  1. 1

    Introduction

We discuss your services, the organizations you support and where administrative absence registration gets stuck.

  2. 2

    Product demonstration

You explore the demo with fictitious data and assess whether the product direction fits your clients.

  3. 3

    Concrete follow-up

Is it a fit? Then we agree on a small, concrete first step — for example an introduction or a joint pilot evaluation.

Explore whether a collaboration fits?

Tell us briefly about your services and the organizations you support. Do not share client or employee data.
